  • Oats Pot withHoney, Nutella, Berries or Banana

    Boosters & Substitutes: Add Flaxseed and Gut Health powder. Substitute cow’s milk with plant-based soy, almond or oat

  • Greek Yoghurt, Granola & Honey Pot with Banana, Blueberries or Strawberries (seasonal)

  • Open Sandwich on Sourdough – 2 slices, choose one filling

    • Smoked Salmon & Egg Mayonnaise

    • Steak, Mozzarella, Feta & Roast Tomato

    • Hot Honey Halloumi, Avocado, Pomegranate and Omega Seeds

    • Ricotta, Kale and Chorizo
